One big thing for Dr McRae is going out and practicing what we preach. Josh is super passionate about the outdoors and with so much accessibility to that here in sunny Nelson, mountain biking is a great way to do that. Dr Josh competed in the New Zealand National Enduro race at Cable Bay Adventure park in March 2023.

To see our patients on the podiums and winning races was an incredible feeling. The beauty in Chiropractic is enabling the body to perform at its best without limitations. Getting to work with professional athletes and getting to see them do what they do in person made the whole build up to race day worth it.
